Amanda has been with
Chattanooga DanceSport since the beginning. She took lessons
with
Denny for two years before becoming a professional instructor.
Since then, she has excelled
at performance and Pro/Am competitions while leading many of her
students to the top three
at multiple events, including the second largest competition in the
country in Las Vegas 2007.
Amanda
also manages studio operations and has just begun a professional
competitive partnership with Denny. She is qualified to teach
multiple Bronze level curriculums in
both the American and International styles of ballroom dance.
Tammy
Sheets-Harrelson
Tammy has been involved
in dancing for over 20 years. She was a dancer on the
Knoxville television show "Club Dance." While on "Club Dance,"
she did Country Western, Two-Step,
Country Waltz, Country Cha Cha, Double Two-Step, Polka, and the
Country West Coast.
She has been a
Ballroom Dance Instructor in Chattanooga for four years ... most
recently with us here at Chattanooga DanceSport.
Tammy is a talented
and spirited dance instructor, and she is available for private
lessons, group lessons, competition, performance/showcase, and
wedding choreography.
Mark has been
teaching ballroom dancing for 18 years. He recently came out
of retirement from full-time teaching to join the Chattanooga
DanceSport team. Mark's specialty is teaching new students the
fundamentals of Ballroom and Latin dancing. His analogies of
comparing everyday life to dancing will take the difficulty out of
learning how to dance. If you have ever dreamed of becoming a
wonderful, confident, social Ballroom or Latin dancer, Mark will get
you there.
Michelle has been
teaching Ballroom and Latin dancing for 5 years, specializing in
teaching beginning to intermediate-level students. Before
that, she studied Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Theatre Arts, and Modern Dance
in college.
